1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScentSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace Services

ScentSwap provides a marketplace platform for buying and selling fragrances. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We facilitate payments through Stripe Connect.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Listings

Sellers must accurately describe items, including condition, size, and authenticity. Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited. ScentSwap reserves the right to remove any listing.

5. Payments & Fees

Sellers pay a 5% platform commission. Buyers pay a 4% ScentShield Protection fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. Funds are held until the buyer inspection period ends.

6. Buyer Protection

Buyers have 72 hours after delivery to inspect items and open disputes. See our Buyer Protection page for full details.

7. Disputes

Disputes are reviewed by our team. Decisions are final. Both parties must provide evidence to support their claims.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not sell counterfeit items, engage in fraud, manipulate reviews, create multiple accounts, or harass other users.
